The process of confirming brain death and preparing for donation was carried out by the medical facility&#8217;s team, coordinated by Dr. Doncho Tashkov. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following day, April 10, the organ explantation was performed by a team from Alexandrovska University Hospital. After a precise selection among six potential recipients, the medical teams, led by Assoc.
