The data is current as of April 14 and is subject to update, with final lists expected to be ready up to 48 hours before election day. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To date, 237 healthcare facilities have submitted information regarding their participation in the organization of the electoral process, and orders for the opening of polling stations have already been issued in 128 of them. These will operate in compliance with the requirements of the Central Election Commission and current legislation. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the rules, polling stations in hospitals are opened if there are at least 10 patients who have expressed a desire to vote. The goal is to ensure that individuals undergoing treatment who cannot leave the healthcare facility have the opportunity to participate in the electoral process. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On election day, patients who have not submitted a preliminary application will also have the right to vote. They can be added to the electoral rolls on-site upon presenting an identification document and signing a declaration stating they have not voted elsewhere. The same opportunity is provided to medical staff on duty at the respective healthcare facility.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The organization includes the preparation of electoral rolls, the provision of suitable premises and an accessible environment for patients with limited mobility, as well as coordination between hospitals and regional election commissions.
