Prof. Mikhail Okoliyski, has issued a new order for a temporary ban on the export of certain medications, according to the published document.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The restriction covers medications for the treatment of diabetes, chronic inflammatory bowel diseases, osteoporosis, renal failure, and certain types of anemia. The order includes five main groups of medications: insulins and analogues, sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 inhibitors, aminosalicylic acid and related agents, preparations affecting bone structure and mineralization, as well as other anti-anemic drugs. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The reasons for the measure are related to irregular supplies, identified shortages, and refusals by warehouses, as well as increased consumption due to a higher number of patients. For some of the medications, a temporary suspension of sales has also been reported until mid-2027. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ban is for a period of two months and will be in effect from March 25 to May 26, 2026.
