This was reported by the health ministry. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The medical institutions that will receive funding are: Specialized Hospital for Active Treatment in Oncology &#8220;Prof. Ivan Chernozemski&#8221; EAD, Sofia; University Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment &#8220;St. Ivan Rilski&#8221; EAD, Sofia; University Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment &#8220;St. George&#8221; EAD, Plovdiv; &#8220;National Cardiology Hospital&#8221; EAD, Sofia; University Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment &#8220;Tsaritsa Yoanna \u2013 ISUL&#8221; EAD, Sofia; University Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment &#8220;Dr. Georgi Stranski&#8221; EAD, Pleven; and &#8220;Comprehensive Oncology Center \u2013 Ruse&#8221; EOOD, Ruse.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The procedure provides for 100% grant assistance, with the total amount of funds being \u20ac20,273,686, of which \u20ac16,894,738 is funding from the Recovery and Resilience Facility and \u20ac3,378,948 is national public funding (non-recoverable value-added tax).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The objective of the procedure is to modernize the medical care provided in the fields of pediatrics and oncology by ensuring the necessary facilities for the delivery, assembly, and installation of new, high-tech medical equipment in key hospital care facilities.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applications from medical institutions are carried out entirely online through the Information System for Management and Monitoring of EU Funds (UMIS 2020), &#8220;NRRP&#8221; module.
