The forum is organized by the Bulgarian Association of Healthcare Professionals and the organization&#8217;s regional branch in Sofia.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In her address to the participants, Minister Ivkova emphasized that she is deeply familiar with the difficulties in the system and believes in the necessity of collective efforts to achieve real change. She further stated that the Ministry of Health will prioritize staffing the system and improving the working conditions for healthcare professionals. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Minister placed special emphasis in her speech on the international recognition of the profession. She expressed hope that during the 80th session of the World Health Organization next year, the Bulgarian delegation will include a representative of healthcare professionals. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAttracting young talent is key to ensuring that in 20\u201330 years, our healthcare system will be supported by all necessary units,\u201d emphasized Minister Ivkova.
