Measles in Bulgaria: Cases Reach 153, New Infections Reported in Four Regions

The total number of registered measles cases in Bulgaria has reached 153, following the confirmation of four new cases over the past 24 hours, the Ministry of Health announced.
The newly infected individuals were identified in the regions of Vratsa, Lovech, Pleven, and Sofia City, with each region reporting one case. The patients are between 10 and 48 years of age.
Currently, the infection has spread to a total of seven regions across the country: Vratsa, Pleven, Lovech, Sofia City, Gabrovo, Montana, and Sofia Province. The highest concentration of cases continues to be reported in the Vratsa region.
Health authorities continue to monitor the situation and implement measures to limit the spread of the disease.
