management positions at the Ministry of Health, the Council of Ministers, and the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria. Over the last decade, he has managed and consulted on projects funded by European programs such as HRD OP, RD OP, AC OP, and INTERREG, focusing on e-health, digital transformation of public services, and strategic planning. He has significant international experience, including participation in initiatives and pilot programs in North Macedonia, Greece, and Southeast European countries.
