Assoc. Prof. Silvi Kirilov has returned to Parliament and is once again a member of the Health Committee

The former Minister of Health, Assoc. Prof. Silvi Kirilov, is once again a member of the parliamentary Health Committee. The National Assembly elected him with 117 votes in favor, 14 against, and 4 abstentions.

Kirilov was elected as a Member of Parliament from “There Is Such a People,” but vacated his seat after joining the “Zhelyazkov” cabinet. With the formation of a caretaker government, he returned to Parliament, allowing him to once again become part of the Health Committee.

Furthermore, the Members of Parliament elected him as the Chair of the Education Committee.
