Surgeon from Varna enters parliament, replacing a minister

Julian Dimitrov, a surgeon from the Varna Oncology Center, was sworn in as a member of the National Assembly. He enters parliament to replace the Minister of Tourism, Ilin Dimitrov.

A total of nine new deputies took the seats of the representatives who became ministers in Rumen Radev’s cabinet.

Among the new additions to parliament are speech therapist Aleksandra Angelakova, hotelier Vaska Milusheva, financier Momchil Petrov, and Emine Gyulestan.

Mirena Gugleva-Ivanova, educator and psychologist Stela Iliev, travel agency owner Georgi Kunchev, and physical education teacher Tefik Parafitov also took the oath of office.
