eHealth at over 500 locations nationwide

Mobile teams will be stationed at more than 50 locations across the country to assist citizens in activating the eHealth mobile application. It provides quick and convenient access to one’s personal electronic health record directly from a mobile phone.

The initiative is part of the Ministry of Health’s national summer campaign. It is held under the motto “With one click – you control the system.”

During the first week of the campaign alone (from June 30 to July 4), nearly 3,000 new users activated the eHealth application. This granted them access to their electronic patient records.

The points will be positioned in busy and easily accessible locations:

• stores,
• malls,
• swimming pools,
• municipal administration buildings,
• other public locations.

Teams from the Regional Health Inspectorates, with technical support from Information Services JSC, will be available in both cities and villages. The campaign will continue until the end of September 2025.

The information will be updated every Friday, publishing the dates, locations, and working hours of the mobile teams for the following week.

The Ministry of Health reminds citizens that outside the specified dates, assistance for accessing your record can be obtained on working days at the offices of the Regional Health Inspectorates, the Regional Health Insurance Funds, and Information Services JSC.
