MU-Plovdiv Becomes a Testing Center for Cambridge Certificates

The Department of Languages and Specialized Training at the Medical University of Plovdiv is now operating as a testing center for Cambridge certificates and has launched English language preparatory courses for FCE (B2 First), CAE (C1 Advanced), and IELTS, the university announced.

The training programs consist of 120 academic hours and are designed for both members of the academic community and external candidates. The courses are conducted by a team with proven expertise and extensive university experience, focusing on exam formats, strategies for success, and practical work across all language components.

Throughout the year, British Council exam sessions are also organized within the Department’s building, significantly facilitating candidates in planning and taking their exams.

“The university is strengthening its leadership position in language training and demonstrating social commitment by providing this service to external users as well,” commented the Director of the Department, Assoc. Prof. Dimitar Mirchev, PhD.
