The amended application procedure for the outpatient clinics project is now active.

The Ministry of Health has resumed the application procedure “Establishment of a modern material and technical base and provision of medical equipment and furniture for outpatient clinics and consultative medico-social units” under the “Development of Outpatient Care” investment, with an extended deadline for project proposal submissions until 11:59 PM on October 29, 2025.

Candidates should familiarize themselves with the changes in the updated Guidelines and application form, as well as the accompanying document package, following technical revisions.

Project proposals must be submitted entirely through the Information System for Management and Monitoring of EU Funds (UMIS 2020), NRRP module. This call for project proposals is being conducted in connection with the implementation of investment C12.I7 “Development of Outpatient Care” under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Republic of Bulgaria. It aims to establish outpatient clinics (outpatient medical facilities) in remote and hard-to-reach areas, which will be provided free of charge for use by physicians and nurses.

Under this procedure, the funds provided to selected candidates will constitute 100% grant financial assistance. The total budget for the procedure is 8,260,951.86 BGN (including VAT), and the maximum funding for each project proposal to establish an outpatient clinic (outpatient medical facility) is 82,609.52 BGN.
